What types of reports are available?
LabWatch provides both local, and remote notification in the event of a problem or alarm. Local alarms include flashing area on local workstation, electric message board, and audible alarms. Remote alarming is accomplished by automatic dialing to an easily customized priority list of phones and pagers.

The LabWatch system accepts any industry standard sensor type including thermocouple, humidity, pressure, light (visible & UV), flow, CO2 and door switch contacts.

The LabWatch system does satisfy FDA 21 CFR part 11 data security requirements. The system requires a unique signature for each user. Using both user ID and password, a signature is required for any action that could affect system operation. Creating date- and time-stamped encrypted files ensures that data remains secure.

Yes, Kaye offers extended service coverage through its Equipment Maintenance Agreement (EMA) program. Under the EMA, Kaye provides pro-active maintenance including scheduled annual system inspection and calibration. In addition, EMA subscribers have access to unlimited telephone support including 24 hour emergency support, and next day delivery of replacement parts when needed.

The LabWatch system is designed using distributed measurement modules, which are available with 20 or 100 input capacity. Any number of modules can be combined within a 5,000 meter range.

The Alarm Log captures every event in an alarm history file and prints a summary of every event to a dedicated printer. This report includes alarms, user log-ins and log-offs, acknowledgements, returns to normal conditions, and any changes made to the system such as limits and delays. The Corrective Action report captures all discrepancies and records corresponding comments, and corrective actions. These records are archived to paper and disk in a permanent record.

In addition to the Alarm Log and Corrective Action Reports above, LabWatch features powerful custom reporting capabilities. Sample report options include a Daily Report, On Demand Report, Mean Kinetic Temperature Reports, and sensor-specific history reports of Out-of-Limit events, Min, Max, Avg, and Alarms.
