How do I get help with my Kaye equipment and software?
In the US and Canada
You can contact Kaye for help with your Kaye equipment. Just call the customer service department 800-833-9438. Or use the fax: 978-262-8181. You can also email customer service: sensing@ge.com.
From 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST, a staff of technical representatives is available to answer your questions and make scheduled maintenance calls at your facility. After business hours, you can leave a message and we will get back to you the next business day.
In Europe
You can receive assistance on your Kaye products by contacting the service department at Kaye, Germany or Kaye, UK. You can also contact any other authorized service center that is most convenient to your location. If I need support for my Kaye application software, how can I help troubleshoot the problem?
To help solve your software issues more quickly and even save you time, you should gather the following information:
- Computer operating system- Windows NT, 95, 3.11, DOS
- Hardware details- PC manufacturer, model, system memory (RAM), size of the hard-drive, number and configuration of serial ports
- Name and Version of the Kaye application program you are using
- Model of Kaye hardware
- Full details describing the problem.

How do I return equipment to Kaye?
When your Kaye equipment needs to be returned for calibration or repair, you will need to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Your RMA number, issued by Kaye's customer service department, is an important reference for turning your product around efficiently. When returning equipment to another service center, contact that location directly.
To obtain an RMA number, simply contact us at sensing@ge.com. If you need a quotation on work to be done, call Kaye's customer service department at 800-964-5293 (US and Canada) or 978-262-0005.
We will process the order and fax you an RMA number.
When you receive your RMA, write the number on the outside of your shipping carton as well as on any paperwork sent to Kaye. Also refer to this number when calling Kaye with questions.
