Extended Maintenance Program

To comply with FDA guidelines your GE Kaye equipment must operate with high accuracy and be traceable to NIST (National Institute for Standards and Technology). At the very least, that means an annual calibration and certification is required. By planning in advance for calibration and preventive maintenance you could save hundreds, perhaps thousands of dollars per year, and be assured that your GE Kaye equipment is delivering the high performance you have come to rely on. GE Kaye's Equipment Maintenance Program is designed to minimize both equipment downtime and maintenance expense.

Key Benefits:

  • Schedule an annual visit to inspect, clean, lubricate, replace parts, calibrate the system, and provide certification documentation
  • Provide unlimited telephone assistance to answer maintenance questions, isolate problems, and discuss corrective action procedures
  • Notify you to schedule a calibration -- takes the risk out of using equipment that is not certified
  • Archive a backup copy of your program -- facilitates future assistance
  • Upgrade your equipment, per your request, with the latest firmware
  • Provide delivery of parts to your facility on the next business day
  • Emergency support 24-hours per day
  • Send a service engineer to your facility if telephone or spare parts do not solve a problem
  • Provide support for users of the equipment

The Equipment Maintenance Program is available for your second or subsequent systems for only a fraction of the initial system coverage cost.
