Tech Support

You can contact us for help with your Kaye equipment. Just call the customer service department 978-437-1000 or 800-833-9438 (US & Canada). You can also email customer service: sensing@ge.com. From 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST, a staff of technical representatives is available to answer your questions and to schedule maintenance calls at your facility. After business hours, you can leave a message and we will get back to you the next business day.

Returning Equipment

When your Kaye equipment needs to be returned for calibration or repair, you will need to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Your RMA number, issued by our customer service department, is an important reference for turning your product around efficiently.

When returning equipment to another service center, contact that location directly.
